Angela Mathew is a Licensed Marital and family Therapist specializing in individual, couple, and family therapy, and has maintained a private practice in Franklin, TN for 15 years.

With over 25 years of experience as a therapist, and as a graduate of University Of Kentucky, she has maintained a private practice since 2005 after working in various clinical settings including Cumberland Heights Treatment Center and Vanderbilt University. Among her areas of expertise are mild-moderate depression and anxiety, low self-esteem, grief, anger management, parenting challenges, nuclear and blended family issues, pre-marital counseling, couples counseling to include issues relating to communication, managing conflict, restoring trust, and re-establishing emotional and physical intimacy.

Angela Mathew is an interactive, solution-focused therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual and couple or family to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.

Angela has resided in Williamson County for twenty years with her husband and has raised two children who are now young adults in college.
