Rates
For clients who choose to pay privately or are not covered under their insurance plan, the fee is $100 per 50 minute session for individual therapy and $125 per 50 minute session for couples and family therapy. All fees are collected at the conclusion of each appointment.
Insurance
I am a contracted provider with Aetna and Blue Cross and Blue Shield. If you have insurance and are seeking to use your health plan, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Payment
Cash, check and all major debit, HSA, FSA, and credit cards accepted for payment. Payment is due at the conclusion of each session.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a (full fee) missed appointment charge.
